As said above, the Drake will see you through everything including level 4 missions. If you are looking to run missions full time, you could look yo upgrading to a Tengu after the Drake, as the Tengu is basically a Drake on Speed :)

As a counter point, i skipped BC and BS and simply went to the Ishtar for mission running. i used an Ishkur for 1's and 2's , then ishtar for 3's and 4's

you CAN do level 4's with as little as 200 DPS, tho its VERY slow. As has been said above, Tank is more important till you find your feet with them, and T2 light drones to kill the web/scram frigs. i dont mission with Amarr BS so i cant comment on...
